Two HTU students in the School of Computing & Informatics will have the opportunity to receive the

Safwa Islamic Bank Scholarship

To apply for the scholarship, students must:

  • Be a Jordanian national
  • Have a Tawjihi score of 80+
  • Be enrolled in one of the computing programmes since October 2019
  • Have a semester average that is 3.0 or higher
  • Not be a beneficiary of other scholarships

To maintain the scholarship, awardees must:

  • Maintain a GPA of 3.0+
  • Adhere to HTU's policy and values
  • Commit to the minimum credit hour load of 12 hours in regular semesters and 6 hours in the summer semester

The scholarship covers:

  • All tuition fees. Fees for the First Semester 2019/2020 will be reimbursed.
  • Scholarship awardees will have priority for apprenticeship and hiring at Safwa Islamic Bank upon graduation.
