Requirements

• BSc minimum entry: Overall average of 80% or above is allowed;
• Technical degree minimum entry: Overall average of 70% or above is allowed;

Admission is based on the competitive performance of applicants judged by their overall score based on the table below:

• 20 points for high school GPA.
• 20 points for math grades.
• 20 points for physics grades.
• 20 points for the personal interview.
• 10 points for a personal introductory video.
• 10 points for admission tests.
• 10 bonus points for extracurricular activities and additional certificates in conjunction with the personal interview, provided that they are uploaded onto the document attachments when submitting the application.

For applicants who do not fulfill the criteria for their degrees, certain tolerances can be applied where they can apply for the nearest degree they are eligible for:

Jordanian certificates and other numeric based certificates

• The sum of differences between the maths and physics school subjects is not larger than 10 points given that the total grade points is from 200;

IGCSE

• Missing only one grade point in either maths or physics (C) for BSc;
• Missing only one grade point in either maths or physics (D) for Technical;

IB

• Missing only one grade point in either maths or physics (4) for BSc;
• Missing only one grade point in either maths and physics (3) for Technical;

American High School Diploma

• Missing only two grade points in either maths or physics (minimum of 26) for ACT for BSc;
• Missing only two grade points in either maths or physics (minimum of 22) for ACT for technical;
• Missing only one grade point in either maths or physics (4) for AP for BSc degree;
• Missing only one grade point in either maths or physics (3) for AP for technical degree;

BTEC

• Missing only one grade point in either maths or physics (Merit) for BSc;
• Missing only one grade point in either maths or physics (Pass) for technical;
