The Tenders and Supplies Department is responsible for providing the university with its supplies and needs of stationary, building and educational materials , library resources and bidding to accomplish works with the best quality and suitable prices through different transactions including tenders, bids or direct purchase according to the authorizations listed in the by-laws and regulations of HTU. Tenders and Supplies Department is also responsible for receiving, categorizing, storing and issuing all kinds of supplies according to the applicable procedures.
