The Computer and Information Technology Unit provides initial management and technical support for computing and technology services within the university; The unit manages the wired and wireless network infrastructure of the various faculties and departments in the university, and maintains computers and peripherals owned by the university. The unit manages a number of services, including e-mail services, video conferencing, anti-virus control, the official website, internet connection service, integrated library system and student management information system. The unit is currently pursuing a number of projects to enhance information and communication technology services at the university, and support the provision of administrative and academic jobs, in line with the information and communication technology strategy.
