The Office of Advancement at HTU develops and strengthens relationships with alumni, donors, partners, and friends to advance the university's mission and priorities. We help position HTU as Jordan's national model for applied technical education and employability by:- Engaging alumni, supporters, and influential friends- Securing philanthropic donations, volunteer involvement, and strategic partnerships- Fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and opportunity for all youth- Our work ensures that every gift and partnership creates a lasting impact for our students, faculty, and the wider community.Our MissionTo build strategic relationships and secure resources that empower HTU to lead in technical education, support students, and drive innovation for Jordan's future.Our VisionTo be a catalyst for philanthropy, engagement, and institutional growth, enabling HTU to transform lives, advance knowledge, and serve society.What We DoThe Office of Advancement includes the following core functions:- Fundraising & Development    Lead campaigns, organize fundraising initiatives, and secure financial support for scholarships, endowment, academic programs, and university priorities.- Alumni and Friends Relations    Engage and support HTU's alumni and friends by organizing events, sharing communications, and providing career support.- Donor Relations and Stewardship    Honor and support our donors through transparent communication, regular impact updates on their contributions, and meaningful recognition.- Corporate and Foundation Partnerships    Collaborate with businesses, foundations, and community organizations to develop partnerships that address pressing challenges and advance HTU's mission.- Advancement Services & Operations    Oversee the management of donor information, processing contributions, and ensuring all activities adhere to the highest standards of accountability and compliance."Every gift to HTU is an investment in Jordan's future leaders and innovators."
