The Department of Secretariat is directly related to the President of the University, and it undertakes to organize, document and follow up the implementation of the decisions taken by the main councils at the university and the committees emanating from them, which is the following:Councils:Board of Trustees.Deans Council.University Council.Student Fund Council.Committees:Financial and Administrative Committee.Internal Audit Committee.Academic Committee.Resources Development Committee.Any other committee commissioned by the president.Missions:Participate in preparing and organizing university systems and the instructions emanating from them.Organizing, preparing and documenting major council meetings.Preparing the decisions of the councils and committees emanating from them and following up their implementation in coordination with the president.Follow-up to the students ’support fund and external grant agreements with the Deanship of Student Affairs and the Grants and Fundraising Office.Preparing and following up the official correspondence of the various councils.Follow up the promotion of faculty members with the President of the University.Any other matters commissioned by the president.
