In the Centre for Professional Development and Community Outreach at HTU, we also specialize in providing professional development training for employees in both the private and public sectors. Our programs are tailored to meet the specific needs of organizations, focusing on building the capacity of their workforce through a combination of technical and non-technical skill development. Leveraging our expertise in program design, delivery, and management, we have successfully partnered with various organizations and institutions to implement impactful training initiatives. These programs are designed to address sector-specific challenges and to empower employees to achieve organizational goals effectively. Examples of our successful collaborations include training programs developed and executed for: SITA, Omicron, Housing Bank, Shoman Foundation, Jo Petrol, Jordan Custom, Noor Al Hussein Foundation, Public Security Directorate, Jordan Armed Forces- Arab Army, Technical and Vocational Skills Development Commission, and Greater Amman Municipality.
