Al Hussein Technical University Signs Strategic Academic Partnership with ServiceNow to Advance Digital Skills Education in Jordan

Amman – Al Hussein Technical University (HTU), one of the Crown Prince Foundation’s initiatives, announced the signing of an academic partnership with ServiceNow, the AI control tower for business reinvention. The agreement positions HTU as a strategic academic partner authorized to integrate ServiceNow’s industry-leading AI platform into its educational programs; providing students, faculty, and staff with access to a digital learning tools and hands-on training environments.
Signed by HTU President, Prof. Ismael Al-Hinti, and Saif Mashat, Area Vice President for Middle East and Africa at ServiceNow, with the executive presence of Hala Zeine, Chief Strategy Officer at ServiceNow, the partnership marks the beginning of a collaboration aimed at cultivating advanced digital capabilities across Jordan’s emerging technical workforce.
Under this partnership, HTU gains access to the full suite of resources offered through the ServiceNow University Academic Partnerships Program, including dedicated training instances, specialized curriculum materials, instructor support, and practical learning tools aligned with global industry standards. The agreement enables HTU to embed ServiceNow University content and practical labs into its engineering and computer science programs, as well as its professional training initiatives, allowing students to experience real-world AI, digital workflows and automation technologies used by major organizations worldwide.
Speaking at the ceremony, Prof. Al-Hinti emphasized the strategic significance of the collaboration: “This partnership reflects HTU’s commitment to aligning education with the demands of the modern digital economy. By integrating ServiceNow’s global technologies into our programs, we empower our students with practical skills that are highly sought after in the international job market. This is not just an academic collaboration; it is a crucial investment in the future of Jordan’s digital workforce.”
Adding to this, Saif Mashat, Area Vice President for Middle East and Africa at ServiceNow, said:

The collaboration will also open the door to joint initiatives such as workshops, seminars, technical bootcamps and applied research activities.
