Al Hussein Technical University (HTU), one of the Crown Prince Foundation’s initiatives, and INJAZ signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen collaboration in supporting youth and advancing programs that promote entrepreneurship and social innovation in Jordan.
The agreement was signed by Prof. Ismael Al-Hinti, President of Al Hussein Technical University, and Ms. Dima Al-Bibee, CEO of INJAZ.
The MoU aims to enhance cooperation between both institutions in developing initiatives that equip young men and women with entrepreneurial skills and increase their employability—whether as qualified employees or as aspiring entrepreneurs capable of launching and growing their own startups. It also seeks to support and implement joint programs, activities, and events in areas of mutual interest.
Prof. Al-Hinti highlighted that this collaboration reflects the shared vision of both institutions to empower Jordanian youth by equipping them with the skills, opportunities, and practical experiences needed to succeed in today’s fast-changing job market. He added that HTU looks forward to building upon this partnership through joint efforts to narrow the gap between youth skills and market needs while fostering innovation and leadership among students.
Ms. Al-Bibee emphasized that this partnership will allow HTU students and other interested youth to benefit from the services of mySTARTUP, INJAZ’s business incubator for entrepreneurs and social innovators. She explained that the incubator provides essential programs and support services that help young entrepreneurs establish and grow their startups.
Ms. Al-Bibee also noted the importance of collaborating with HTU as a leading academic institution that plays a vital role in preparing young Jordanians for the labor market, adding that INJAZ is proud of this partnership, which aims to unify efforts and strengthen joint initiatives to enhance youth economic opportunities.
