HTU and SAM Engineering & Trade Sign Cooperation Agreement to Advance Technical Training and Industry 4.0 Education

Al Hussein Technical University (HTU) and SAM Engineering & Trade signed a cooperation agreement to strengthen collaboration in professional, academic, and engineering fields that serve the mutual interests and aligned goals of both institutions.
The agreement establishes a framework for knowledge exchange and joint initiatives, including providing training opportunities for HTU students in the field of smart factories, and developing technical programs for technicians and engineers. These programs will focus on areas such as the Fourth Industrial Revolution, smart manufacturing, industrial automation (PLC and SCADA), robotics, and other domains that promote industrial and educational advancement.
The agreement was signed by Eng. Sameer Ayasrah, CEO of SAM Engineering & Trade, and Prof. Ismael Al-Hinti, President of Al Hussein Technical University, in the presence of administrative representatives from both sides.
During the signing ceremony, Eng. Ayasrah emphasized that through the Jordan Innovation Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution, SAM seeks to activate partnerships between the education and private sectors to improve learning outcomes and align them with the needs of the labor market.

he added.
Prof. Al-Hinti expressed his appreciation for the collaboration, noting that the agreement aligns with HTU’s mission to equip students with practical, hands-on training and technical expertise that prepare them for the modern workforce and strengthen their readiness to meet industry demands.
