HTU and the Land Transport Regulatory Commission Graduate 60 Professionals from Specialized Capacity-Building Program

Amman - Al Hussein Technical University (HTU), through its Center for Professional Development and Community Outreach, celebrated the graduation of 60 professionals from the Land Transport Regulatory Commission (LTRC) following the completion of a specialized capacity-building program implemented in partnership between the two institutions.The three-month program was designed to strengthen the technical and professional capabilities of LTRC employees in line with the evolving requirements of digital transformation and modern institutional performance. It combined theoretical learning with practical, hands-on applications, enabling participants to work with real workplace challenges and applied datasets relevant to their professional context.The program focused on three key technical tracks: Cybersecurity, Data Analytics and Visualization, and Optimization. Through these tracks, participants developed multidisciplinary skills that support data-driven decision-making, enhance technical problem-solving, and contribute to improving efficiency within modern work environments.The graduation reflects HTU’s ongoing commitment to supporting national institutions through applied training programs that respond to sector needs and build future-ready capabilities. It also highlights the importance of strategic collaboration between academia and public institutions in advancing workforce development, improving institutional readiness, and supporting Jordan’s broader digital transformation agenda.
