(23 Nov, 2023, Thuredsay) AMMAN — Al Hussein Technical University recently hosted a ceremony to honor the 60 students who were awarded partial or full scholarships at the commencement of their academic journey this year. The event brought together distinguished guests, generous grant donors, school deans, the President of HTU, Professor Ismael Al-Hinti, and the Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Mariam Biltawi.
The ceremony was not only a celebration of academic achievement but also a testament to the university's commitment to providing accessible education to talented individuals. The scholarships, sourced from the Student Support Fund and external benefactors, play a crucial role in fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment at HTU.
Scholarships granted during this ceremony include Touqan Family Scholarship, Microfund for Women Scholarship, Nobles Properties Scholarship, Scholarships for Sons and Daughters of Teachers, Ahli Bank Scholarship, Aqaba Container Terminal Scholarship, National Arab Motor Company - KIA Scholarship, Jawaker Scholarship, First Technical Degree Scholarships, Scholarship for the First in the Governorates, Scholarship for Academic Excellence in Tawjihi or Any Equivalent Certificate, and Scholarships for the Neediest Students.
Through the ceremony, Professor Hinti commended the dedication of the students and emphasized the university's commitment to nurturing talent and supporting academic excellence.
